Worship is not a spectator sport!

God is at work in the world through you! There are lots of ways to serve, including helping with worship on Sunday’s and for special services.

Here are the ways you can help with worship! Please contact the office if your interested in participating.
Worship Assistant – Help lead worship by reading scripture, saying prayers, helps serve communion, and assisting the Pastor up front. We normally need 1 worship assistant for each service.
AcolyteA great job for youth grades 5th-12th! Acolyte is a Greek word that means helper. the Acolyte lights candles and helps the pastor with worship. We normally need 1-2 Acolytes for each service.
Altar Guild – are you more of a behind the scenes kind of person, well Altar Guild might be perfect for you! Help prepare for worship by setting out communion, checking candles, and putting up permanents. Or help out after service cleaning up communion and re-setting for the next service.
Ushers / Greeters – Are you a people person! Great! Ushers and Greeters welcome folks to service, assist folks with finding seats and help dismiss people for communion. We normally need 1-2 Ushers and Greeters for each service.
Choir – While our Choir is not currently singing due to COVID 19, we fully anticipate the day when we can once more make a joyful noise to the Lord together! Choir normally practices on Monday nights, and sings in worship 3 weeks a month. We are always happy to have more voices.
Bell Choir– Our Bell Choir plays in worship an average of one Sunday a month, and practices on Monday Nights. We are always happy to have new ringers!
Live Streaming We live stream our worship services each week, and use Propresenter to lead worship! We need 2 people comfortable with technology to help make worship accessible for folks who can’t join us in person.
Special Music– Do you play an instrument or love to sing solos or duets? Then Please get in touch with our Music Director Sally! We love to have special music for our services. Currently we ask the special music be recorded and sent to the church to be played during worship.
